Budget Tracker is a piece of software which allows us to set-up and track budget
values by customer. Values that are tracked include an original budget value, annual
budget value, open orders, exempt, invoiced and available. During the order entry
process, the budget available amount is checked both prior to and after the order
is entered. If the customer exceeds their allotted budget value, the order will
be placed on a credit hold. No orders will be processed which exceed the allowed
budget amount without prior customer approval.
